No time, VHF antennas or real interest in VHF contests. But AOCC President Mike
KC7V gave me his official orders, "Get on and work 10 Outlaws". One
never wants to ignore a presidential order. So, I worked 12 Arizona Outlaws,
exceeding his expectations by 20%.
