Comments:
An enjoyable 11 hours with the band playing nicely. The AL80B ran well, and for
a first high-power outing proved a great addition to the fun-factor. Second
highest personal best in this one, falling 2,000 points (one mult) shy of 2005,
which must have been a heck of a year using low power.
Missed VE4EA and VE4VT who were behind impenetrable walls of big callers when I
heard them in the wee hours Sunday morning. Was surprised to also miss any KH6
and KL7 action, though a little more tuning around probably would have filled in
those mults.
