Comments:
About 19:14 I began calling CQ on 7030 after listening and calling QRL with no
response heard. I ran and operated seven stations in the next few minutes.
About 19:19 KA4KSB began calling CQ directly on top of me (not CQ test or CQ
cwt). I slowed down and sent QRL QRL PSE QSY TU DE KE2D. This went unanswered
and the CQ continued. He was S9+ and I'm certain he heard me as other CWT ops
also in NC heard me.
When I looked at his QRZ page I recognized him instantly. This operator has a
reputation for arrogant behavior and intentionally creating QRM.
I normally refrain from this type of complaining but this was excessive.
Had he asked me to QSY for a sched or any reason at all I would have happily
QSY'd (which I eventually did anyway).
