Comments:
Another fun VHF/UHF weekend from N2NT. No major equipment problems this year.
We had an issue with WSJT-x transmit audio on one of the two operating
positions. Resolving this took about an hour of troubleshooting at 1:00 AM the
first night. That could have been avoided by checking everything before the
contest. Lesson learned.
6m was in pretty good shape on Sunday and at times the band was very crowded.
That was great! Nice to see a packed CW band as well as a packed FT8 band. I
think we are all learning how to get the most from all available modes as
conditions change over the contest period.
Peter, WW2Y, bought over his Henry 432 MHz amp for the weekend. 500 watts
definitely helped speed up our QSOs on that band.
As always, thanks to Andy and his XYL Bonnie for letting N2NC and WW2Y invade
their basement for the weekend.
73,
John N2NC, for the N2NT VHF team.
