Comments:
I've put this into 3830 as an SO(A) entry, although as I had the "AC"
multiplier it perhaps should have been as an HQ station. But apart for the
multiplier advantage, it's a single op (A) effort.
Nice to see some life in the bands - great fun with the Y8 guys and the high
number of HQ stations around.
