IC-7300, 100 watts, 3el Yagi at 5.5 meters, all S&P SSB from AZ

That was fun! I wasn't expecting much given the lackluster ARRL VHF contest
last month and poor conditions this week. The start fulfilled my expectations
as I didn't make a QSO until after 2130UT, but eventually I was able to work the
Pacific Northwest, and some double-hop to New England. Thirteen QSOs on
Saturday from 11 grids, including both Canada and Mexico.

Sunday started out with double-hop to New England again already at 1530UT. The
bulk of the day was due east, both single-hop and double. During the 17UT hour
I made 14 QSOs and another 11 during the 18UT hour. May not sound like much,
but that's a nice sporadic-E haul for me! I even had some short skip less than
400 miles to Colorado before the day was over. It certainly gave my wrist a
workout twiddling the dial. Worked my own grid twice, otherwise all Es. This
will probably end up putting me closer to VUCC than I am to HF DXCC.
