Comments:
It's a sad day when one makes more Sprint QSO's on 80 than 20m.
First NAS with my new "Signal Enhancement Accessory" for the FT-1000MP
Mk-V. As importantly, though, was being able to switch from 40 to 80 without
adjusting an antenna tuner.
Pleased to be called by two new mults late in the contest. . QC on 80m and HI
on 40m, both with very low numbers. Heard an NP4 on 40 very late but on wrong
side of couplet.
There were a few qlf's involvoing the new amp, a KPA-1500, which fortunately
seems bullet-proof.
Another notable feature of this NAS was the return of the erstwhile Locust,
K6VVA, who provided two QSO's.
Good to see some new faces!
