Operated this one Field Day style. I had just moved so no formal antennas - so
I hung a couple of wires and unboxed a radio and got on to play.
I had set many goals - but I was not prepared for the difference between high
power with gain antennas vs low power and suboptimal wires. But I had fun
anyway!
I heard 82 of the 83 mults - but could not break any of the piles calling.
Never heard VI. But some of the difficult ones - NT, ND, SD - all called me.
And it was a typical SS - I had not heard a SB station until late on Sunday -
but then worked three in 10 minutes!
Hopefully I will be back with a more formal station next year.
