Comments:
The operators were Brandon VE9BWB, Brent VE9EX, Keming VE9KO and Tram. There
were two observations about Saturday night propagation. First, there was an
amusing string of five QSOs on 80 m with MDC. Second, propagation on 40 m
improved within an hour of midnight local time. We had 82 QSOs with 44 sections
using 4 operators over 24 hours. This year, we picked up no new sections. From
2013 to 2018, we have not had QSOs with the sections AR, NT, OK and WPA. For
the second year, we had a QSO with KH7XS on 15 m. In 2016 and 2017, it rained.
This year, the sky was clear and the roof was covered in snow.
