Comments:
My score is a WAG - I actually made 321 Q's, but expect a lot of Dups and
haven't gone though the whole log to manually count multipliers. I thought the
contest might have been a bit premature, with Beta WSJTx software, and awkward
logging. My biggest annoyance is the messaging in WSJTx. It can't be permanently
altered, and seems to require (at least) 4 transmissions. I think when both
stations have acknowledged (sent R or RR), the QSO should be logged, and
terminated. Not sure why the 73 stuff is added and required. Additionally, I
think I probably lost 20% of my QSO's due to the other station not acknowledging
(so, I couldn't log it). Some caught on, most didn't. I ran almost the entire
time due to no Dup detection. Used WSTJx rc5, K3, vertical.
