Comments:
Participation actually better than anticipated, based on spots the week before.
A couple of hours Saturday resulted in 50 QSO's. Sunday morning weather resulted
in 1/4" of ice, frozen rotors, etc. and 2 QSO's.
Conditions can ONLY get Better. Thanks to all for the Q's.
