Comments:
I apologize to the first half hour of Qs, thanks for the patients. Puter issues
plagued me throughout the entire contest, and afterwards, that's when I
discovered the GMT offset time was set wrong. This is always a great fun time
with all the friends and super skilled ops, and encouragement along the way.
