Comments:
I really like this contest. Russians are out in force and their CW skills are
second to none...their signals as well.
Enjoyed a rather serious LP entry even if I slept during the night. Not having a
reliable 160m antenna didn't really help and 80m was underperforming at 00z.
Propagation on the first day was amazing. Lot's of high bands (20m) DX and
reliable signals. On Day 2 a solar disturbance made the K index jump up to 4.
Things were way slower on sunday with almost all signals attenuated.
Unfortunately 15m never really showed up even if signals were quite strong in
there. BX9CD being the loudest.
Fun chasing SQ3RX on cqcontest.net ...I had him close on the first day till low
bands started to open. He speeded up at that point and chasing him was useless.
Thanks to everyone pulling my signal out of the noise and the QRM.
