Comments:
My apologies to the LA stations that participated. I did watch the cluster most
of the weekend but admit I wasn't watching 20 mtrs very much at all and I didn't
pay a lot of attention tuning on the phone bands. The sorry part is I could
have done more watching with the 2nd rig of my so2r setup. I was spending a lot
of time in the VA QP but since they had a spotting website that kinda put
blinders on me I guess. I did tune the phone bands on 40 & 80 but mainly
during the daylight hours on 40/80 and mostly 80 during the night hours. Of my
5 Qso's, 4 were with N5LCC who I always found in the cluster and one Q with
W5GAD. Next year I will try to hone my hunt a little better even though judging
by the 3830 results it looked like there wasn't a lot of activity.
