Comments:
Conditions couldn't have varied much more during this one.
Saturday was like a VHF version of the FL QSO Party...
raining OJ's and not much else as the Es toyed with us
trying to make Q's other than in EL or FN. Made a few
CW and SSB Q's to start but FT8 the rest. Sunday came the
real rain, recording 2" here at my QTH. Many shutdowns and
disconnects as the system blew in from the Gulf all day
long, arcing and sparking ... on again off again. The Es
cooperated much better early on Sunday lining up nicely
from N. Georgia to Canada for a few hours. Only one DO and
three CN's to go with the VP9 and HI3. No EU or JA decoded.
Lots of time spent CQing or S&Ping the one-time decodes.
Hopefully, conditions will improve for next month's CQWW.
Thanks to all for the Q's.
