Comments:
Been a long time since I've done more than just a few hours NAQP.
Antennas are a pair of dipoles in a tree between 25' and 30' for 20m & 40m.
Its extremely prone to QRN on 40m and just isn't very loud anywhere on 20m.
The main issue is all of the changes in conditions that are subtle with beams
are not so subtle with small antennas. Lots of QSB, especially on 40m.
Sometimes felt fairly strong, sometimes not at all.
Would love to put up a small tower in the next year or so and in the meanwhile
get the wire antennas a little higher.
Was good to be QRV either way.
