Due to COVID19 Gvt. restrictions, the planned M/S entry at HB9NE was changed
into a SOAB SSB All bands (op. HB9EOU Ludovic).
The original planning included some prior work to erect a new 15m band 5el yagi
to improve bad efficiency of the Mosley Pro96 but as this event would have
gathered a bunch of ops (in addition 2 of them coming from Switzerland's
different corners) the 4 days work was postponed.
