The QSO numbers above are place holders. The allowed value range was not
sufficient for my results.
I used advanced quantum computing and my home brew multiceiver to work every
possible station in every possible universe. In 15 seconds.
After all that, I was DQed for excessive frivolity and reading the rules. And I
was also late.
I think this contest is rigged.
Maybe I did better in some other universe.
