Comments:
A bit better conditions, but still in deep minimum of sun activity.
HW and SW worked fine this time. So somebody else had to be bothered by Mr.
Murphy, hi.
It was hard work for home station of average equipped. I used second radio only
as RX monitoring of other bands.
My antenna setup is of average performance and 1,5 kW in SSB contest is not
enough to make any pileups. 80m was the only one low band, where I was able to
run meaningful pileup sometimes. I had only few moments with pileup on 40m, rest
was only calling of CQ. High bands was with just only one hour of real pileup to
North America on Saturday evening on 20m. Not many QSOs on 15m and a few on 10m,
but thanks for possibility to make any.
Bands was as usually. Full of splatters, QRM and wide signals. I feel, that
again more than before... How do the guys with strong, but narrow signals do it?
Why others are not able to do it too?
But finaly fine relax in this difficult period for everyone. Especialy MULTI
stations are affected by Coronavirus. We can see a lot of SO from superstations,
usually competing in MULTI categories.
Thanks to all for calling and having big deal of patience during repeatings.
