Comments:
Nice seeing 15 and 10 meters opening up. Remote site lost electrical power in
the last 30 minutes of contest, due to high winds accompanying a cold front
which is sweeping through Utah.
Struggled to make EU contacts. Interesting propagation, signals were either
loud or a whisper hidden behind QRM/QRN/QSB.
