Comments:
very hard 2 working weeks before contest...i was eve thinking about to cancel my
trip to E7, but on end i could leave on Thursday.
lost plenty of time installing and repairing RX arrays and had very bad and
short sleeping night from Thursday on Friday.
I was very tired, but could get 3 hour nap before contest started.
Didnt have any big ambitions...except a bit of fun and i didnt expected big
score since condx were not the the best.
station was working great not a single issue. there was one power outage for 30
min on Saturday. But i was so unprepared for sitting 48h in chair...
on the end it was like 48h in chair but 2 of them i was sleeping with my head on
desk....hi hi hi
first day ended with around 4300 QSOs and i was not able ( to tired to keep rate
2nd day so high).
according to DXlog only 358 SP QSO on 2nd radio which is like only 60% as usual.
But operator was not able to do it. to tired and running freq was not always
clear ! Dual CQing was not also easy but could get one good run on 10 and 15m on
Sunday afternoon !
in general it was EU QSO party (63 %)with some little openings to NA and didnt
pay much attention to work as much DX as possible...i just tired to keep rate
high as possible !
Many hours above 250 nut none of them above 300
max hour rate was 296 i think !
Better OP (hi hi) with rest and good preparation could get for sure even 1000
QSO more this time from here!
after this contest i am pretty sure it is possible to run in max of condx also
from E7 for 10k QSOs
to bad so many OP skiped again live score board
