My internet is down at my QTH. My ISP is sending a technician today.
I used a friends station about 80 miles South of my QTH. It a good station but
he had a high noise level today. I realize how lucky I am to operate my station
remote as it uses superior equipment. Operating his station was a challenge. I
couldn't change the speed (25wpm) as it would reset at the first letter.
Sending CW was not normal. I mean I could send macros easy enough but if I typed
it didn't send until I hit return. Normally I can do QSK or Semi Break-in while
typing. I will check with him about this.
