Comments:
15m sounded good before the start and the reverse beacon network showed strong
reception around the country. W1AW sending CW bulletin was very strong. Gave it
a shot at the start and worked Saul, W3WHK with good signal, but nobody else.
Kinda a shame as the band appeared to be very open from the west coast.
So hit 20 and then went to 40 at about the half-way mark. Had lots of fun. A
new PR for Q's (137) in CWT, although not my best score since had 1 less Q and
more mults another time.
Great to work a bunch of DX stations: F6HKA, SM5CIL, 4X6GP, HA8LNN - thanks
guys! And thanks, as always, to Mitch for the experience operating from K7RL.
