Comments:
With zero sun spots and low SFI, this contest was always going to depend on the
E region. Saturday provided some weak Es into Europe but as ever at this time of
the sunspot cycle, the operational day on 28 MHz is very short here. Only 4 QSOs
outside Europe on Saturday. Sunday was dire, one of the worst days I've
experienced since participating in this contest with only 10 QSOs. Most of the
day was either counting the MS pings or listening to callers fading as quickly
as they had arrived.
IC-7610, SPE Expert 1K-FA, 400w to a fixed wire dipole at 12m.
