Comments:
Finally, we got great conditions on 6 meters! It’s been a number of years
since I have seen so much activity.
Fun to see a bunch of old 6-meter friends.
Thanks to all the ROVERS driving around in this extreme Arizona heat. Worked
K7LSX/R in 4 grids and N7GP/R in 5 grids. Shout-out to the out-of-state ROVERS
W5TN/R, KA5D/R and N0LD/R for the single grids.
Not as many "incomplete" QSO's as before. Seems that most opps have
learned to master FT8 in contests. The main issue is still that several people
do not lock their TX freq in WSJT and once they make a Q on the caller’s
frequency, they still operate and QRM the previous station.
On another rant, during digital contests, the contest should be on a contest
frequency AWAY FROM THE NORMAL FT8/FT4 FREQ's. This way the non-contest
operators will have less QRM and contest aggravation.
Thanks for all the Q's
