Comments:
A lot to be thankful for this weekend!
THANK YOU ARRL! For making this a True RTTY contest! Great participation and no
division between modes. Terrific.
THANK YOU MURPHY for only being a minor pest ... a minor issue on the remote,
just plain OUR OWN FAULT. Everything else went silky smooth!
THANK YOU SUN! Wow, solar flux hitting 189 Sunday ... having a JA run the last
hour plus on both 10m and 15m just way fun. EU on 15,20,40. Not all that
common here in the PNW
AND, big thanks to the local and remote ops ... great coordination and
camaraderie!
Remote ops were Hank KR7X, Scott K7ZO, Jim K7MK, Joe NK7U
Local ops were Phil WR7T, Andy KE7AUB, Jim KI7Y and yours truly Kevin K7ZS
RTTY will test the mettle of your EVERYTHING, and I am pleased to say it was all
rock steady. and THANKS to Alpha 9500's purring along without a whimper all
weekend.
Great fun, Great conditions ... sure wish they would give mults for each band to
encourage moving to a slower band, so far ARRL has been very responsive, maybe
next year?
73 and HNY from Oregon
Kevin K7ZS for Team KT7E
