Comments:
As expected, this contest was mostly a FT8 affair. I did manage one SSB QSO
with N9TF in my own grid at the beginning of the Sprint (thanks Gene).
Propagation was poor, and all of my QSOs were in EM grids within a couple of
hundred miles. I saw a few meteor pings on FT8 so I tried MSK144 but was not
able to complete a QSO via meteors. Still, it was fun to dig out all I could on
FT8. Inveterate rover NV4B/R provided an unexpected multiplier from EM46. Many
thanks to the CSVHFS for sponsoring the Sprints.
Rig: K3s with KPA1500
Antenna: 80m OCFD (got to get my 4 element LFA up in the air for the June
contest)
