Comments:
These were very challenging conditions - the band never really opened up to
Europe or Japan which really limited the number of QSOs. The band was very
strong to the Caribbean and South America. I missed zone 21 as HZ0YL was only
working USA east coast as her signal continued to drop. I heard zone 26 very
weak and couldn't work it. My expectations were that the band was going to be
strong as I have been spending the majority of my 2023 on 10 meters - however,
the solar numbers were horrible.
I pretty much equaled my totals from last year. I busted a number of pileups
against the big guns on the east coast. I worked NG0C, W0CN, K0YR, AC0W, and
K0TJT - good to hear MWA team south.
