Its a pitty, that the ARRL can not manage, that for a local contest
like SS the DX-Portion of the 80m should be hold free for DX-working.
A very rude operator WB1GQR all evening calling on top of a european
group and it was unpossible for any real DX-Work. So, we can understand
this during CQ-WW, but for a local contest must be free room for other.
WB1GQR ignore any question for let 3799 free for DX-work. So a very rude
operation style.
