'RF Power Amplifiers' might had to have been the Millen 90881.
812A good for 500w as advertised in the back of the '54 Handbook.
The earliest 'full gallon' might had to have been the Johnson
"Desk Kilowatt" 'introduced' in a double-page ad in Jan. '55 QST.
