[Amps] Recent ARRL Handbook amp designer?

Good morning,

I was wondering if someone with a Handbook more recent that my 1996 =
edition could tell me who the designer is for the HF amp project they =
usually have and what tube the design is based on. My 2003 Handbook has =
been on order for a while now but if someone has a 2001 or 2002 and =
could give me the above info I'd appreciate it.
