[Amps] Fan Noise on IC-4KL

I recently purchased an IC-4KL.  I love the amp.  It's convenient and gets
me nice signal reports.

BUT... its really noisy.  I'm glad I have headphones.   Has anyone had any
success in quieting one of these?
