I have a new HV transformer, mfg'd by ANTek, PN AS-15T950 for sale.
It is a toroid, and has the following specs:
8.5" dia by 3.5" high; weight 30lbs
Primary is dual 115VAC.
Secondaries: dual 950VAC at .98A each (1.48A if paralleled); also dual
6.3VAC at 5A (10A if paralleled).
So, there are many options for use:
1) run primaries in series for 240VAC input
2) run HV secondaries in parallel for voltage doubler
3) run HV " in series for full wave bridge.
In either case, will wind up with something like 2500-2600VDC, no load, at a
little less than 1A under load.

I also have doubler PC boards and full wave bridge PC boards, 1KV @ 6A
diodes, and snap-in filter caps 400-560mf @ 400VDC and Vishay HV 50K 7W
resistors to populate the PC boards.
