Macom or M/A-COM Inc is an AMP company, Dana the late W1CF had some =
involvement in starting that company. They have an extensive list of =
PIN diodes, but many are special order items. They are a very hard =
company to deal with since they dont keep any stock. They distribute =
through Arrow, Penstock, and Richardsons. But these distributors never =
stock any item that is rare or hard to find, so they have huge lead =
times for special items.
Anyway they have a web page, and online catalogue, but you really need =
the printed catalogue. Those 4P diodes are listed there, but not the =
exact number, Macom change there products specs by the hour, but you =
wont have difficulty finding a direct replacement.
