[Amps] New Postal Rates may really shock you

New USPS rates go into effect May 14. It's the international ones that carry 
sticker shock.

There will be no more Economy (Surface) Parcel Post. Everything will go air 
with a corresponding monster jump in cost. That includes Canada.

Get your heavy stuff shipped before then if possible.
