That is the way mine is wired, Jeff.
RF is coupled to both sides of the heater through caps.
At the B- end of the cathode choke, there is another bypass
cap before passing through the Zeners.

  Hello List Members,
  First I would like to thank everyone for helping me. Its alot easier =
for me to explain what I propose to do and have someone correct my =
mistakes. Here is what I propose to do. Tube YC156. I plan on using a =
filament choke(without centertap xformer). On the transformer side of =
the choke I will bypass each side to grnd. On the filament side of the =
choke I will place a cap across the choke. On the side of the filament =
thats tied to the cathode is where my drive power will enter thru a =
coupling cap. The bias choke will attach at the same point. Someone =
please correct any mistakes that I have made. I have never worked with a =
tube where one side of the filament was tied to the cathode internally. =
