If this will be used around RF bypass the top end of both with a .01 uF to 
ground. A 1 to 2.5mH choke in series with the output with around a 3 to 5K 
resistor in parallel for serious RF problems. Zeners get very upset when 
subjected to RF as do electrolytics.
