I am a member of the "League" and have been (though not continuously) since I
got my first license. I take what I read in QST and other magazines that are
published by any group with an agenda, as just that. In today's litigious
society it is no wonder the League takes a softball approach to anything that
will bring the hoard of lawyers to the door. Now that they have taken the
gigantic step of taking the FCC to court over the BPL issue we can expect even
more "garbage" (please insert the double 4 letter hyphenated word here) from
the organization we pay to support so it can defend us.
