My Handbook has data for the 4-1000 as follows:

Telegraphy - 3,000v plate, 500v screen, -200 grid, 700 ma plate, 146 ma 
screen, 38 ma grid current
AB2 - 4000 plate, 500v screen, -60 grid, 300/1200 ma plate, 0-95 ma screen, 
11 watts driving power, 3 KW out

That may be a bit more than the G license allows.  I have some 4PR1000 tubes 
and interchange them with my 4-1000 tubes and assume the current is the 
same.
