In CARDWELL catalog p/n 154-3-1 (Johnson p/n was 154-3) (single section):  Peak 
withstanding voltage is 2000, 488-19pf.  Its about 5 inches between front and 
rear mounting holes.  If this sounds about right then not good for 2700VDC.
