Hi,
I am restoring back to original condition an HL-2200 that *someone*
attempted to modify for 160 meters. To complete the restoration I need a few
parts.
The parts can be from an SB-220, SB-221, or HL-2200.
Parts needed:
Filament choke
4 screw AC voltage select terminal strip
B+ shorting bronze metal piece
RCA amplifier key jack made of phenolic with 2 scew holes.
The amp internally was somewhat dirty so I disasembled everything except the
diode
board and the Harbach capacitor board. I then cleaned all of the aluminum and
various
components such as tube sockets and transformers.
The tuned input and output bandswitches and tank cicuit components were a
disaster!
I solved that by buying an SB-220 tuned input / tank circuit assembly complete
with all coils.
I am now starting to build the HL-2200 using the assembly manual just like 35
years
ago when I assembled a Heathkit SB-220.
Please send email to beefus@fuse.net if you can help.

Jack, WB8BFS
