If you cannot locate replacements, and if the coil form is intact, then you can 
rewind the coil using similar size wire.

If the slug is frozen, then you can carefully break the slug into small pieces 
and remove with a "pick", etc.  Then, replace the slug.

Can you give me a source where I can buy new coils for the inputs? I 
need the ones for 15 and 10 meters.


Maybe some people shouldn't go off on a tangent on why people want to do 
something until they know the circumstances.
