I know of no multiple pole 1500 RF watt capable relay that switch in 2mS.

The high speed switching circuit is designed to be powered by a (100v to 
160v) Positive source.  The SB-200's mickeymouse T/R bias switching 
circuit uses a negative supply.  For the high speed switching mod, the 
SB-200 needs to be converted to the standard configuration using a 
positive supply, like the SB-220.
