I'm in the process of trying to get my old Dentron 180-10L
functioning and wonder if it would make sense to rip out the load
coil(160 to 40 m taps) and replace with a toroid(t400-2) instead. The
toroid could be mounted right onto the band switch to reduce lead
lengths.
The power out on this amp will be about 700w.
