If that tube is functionally equivalent to a 4-400A it should work John.
But that 750 designation makes me wonder a bit.
In any case you may have to modify the bias circuit in order to obtain
idle current of approximately 120ma.
If identical to a 4-400A it may be a bit harder to drive and require
retuning the input network a bit on some bands.
