I have one in here for repair, the XR3000D model. Covers 160-10.
So far I have found that the filament voltage is 5.6V, the PS diodes are
marginal and the 10M input VSWR is horrible.
The amp is certainly ruggedly built and except for the PS diodes looks to
be high quality parts.
After reducing the filament voltage I find the output is only 1200-1300W
on 160-15M which seems low but the same tubes run 1500W in a TL-922 at
the same plate voltage.
Got to do some more digging.
All I got with this thing is a few xerox sheets, do you have anything
more complete?
