The G-P capacitance of a 3-500Z is about 5 pF, not .07pF.

Rich's feedback reactance was off by a factor of about 71, and tiny 
but not insignificant error.

The correct G-P reactance at a couple hundred kHz is around 150k 
ohms, not 11 megohms Xc.
