Hi Don,
Yes, they can be replaced.
First, remove all connections & solder from the terminal. The just
squeeze in the little "noogie", adjacent to the plastic base on the
terminal portion, with a pair of pliers and the contact will slide out
through the top.
Where to obtain a replacement, short of stripping another socket, is
the problem...
