Carl,
Your better off to use a frequency counter always to check the frequency of any
dip meter and never trust the scale to be correct. Just put a small coil, say
10 turns and about 3/4" I.D. on the end of a piece of coax with a jack on the
other end for the counter. Couple the two coils and read the correct frequency.
