I have a 91B also.
You should check
1.AC primary (110/220V) is alive?
2.Cover SW:S3 (which is located on the inside of rear panel) works?
3.If those 2 are OK, you'll have the voltage at the TAB SELECT/TB1
on Mains Board: 1-7 110/220V
You should follow the Figure 6 /CHASSIS SCHEMATIC(RF & POWER SUPPLY)
